    Our gym based ”beginner guide” is designed to help you build strength and volume. Each month consists of carefully composed workouts that will help you kickstart your fitness journey! The guide includes:

    • 4 months workout plan
    • 4 days/3 days split as options
    • Focus on building strength and volume
    • Videos and ”step-by-step” notes for every exercise
    • ”Information” page with questions, answers and guidance
    • Community access(discussions/questions/motivation)

     

    Note: The workouts in this plan changes ever fourth week. You’ll be repeating the same workout schedule every week during month 1, once you reach month 2 you’ll have a different schedule. The purpose of this is to allow time to reach progressive overload before changing exercise combination.
